We tried researching the part number provided 0289422 but not finding much with that. If either of you are able to provide the model of the fan, we can try looking up the manual for it and look into the part number that way to try and figure out why it’s not working.
Peter, without knowing which fan we’re talking about, it kind of sounds like your problem might be that the light is not compatible with LED bulbs or it’s not the right wattage. Since halogens work just fine…is there a different in wattage? If we can figure out the model, we can check the manual for that model to see if the light is compatible with LED bulbs or not
