Hi Nate. We can understand you’re upset, unfortunately though you’ve posted very little information in order for us to assist. What appliance, ceiling fan or other do you have? What remote do you have? What is your problem exactly?
It’s hard for us to help you unless you provide more details.
So finally I found this page. My remote all of a sudden stopped working. I changed the battery, no change. Pushed the learn button, the lights flicked, but nothing. Changed the battery again and then the learn button and nothing. The remote has 4 dip switches as well as the learn button. Suggestions?
Have you checked the dip switches to make sure they are of the same pattern? They need to be set to the same pattern in order for the fan’s receiver to communicate with the remote.
HI there, I’ve called customer service and tried to order a replacement remote for my fan. The remote does not have the learn button, just the 4 dip switches. IT’s an oval 3 speed with the light on-off design. They said that without the model number they can’t order the replacement remote. I don’t have the box or the manual and the fan has a model number on a sticker but it’s not correct, says that customer service agent. Any ideas?
Hi. I purchased a Harbour Breeze Tilley Bay ceiling fan model 41579. Can a universal remote be used for the fan and lights? If so, what brand / model of remote do i need to purchase to convert my ceilting fan into one that can be used with a remote. Thanks
