I called about 15 minutes ago and spoke with Faye. We got disconnected after I provided her with all the information and when I tried calling back, I was on hold for awhile. I purchased two Harbor Breeze ceiling fans on 4/19/22 via online from Lowes Order Number 889064673. I needed to wait until today to be able to install as I needed another set of hands to help. After we installed the motor and fan and proceeded to the last step of installation, we noticed that the glass light globe has two cracks in it. I would appreciate a replacement globe sent to me. The fan works perfectly and don’t want to have to take this thing down just to return to the store for a complete replacement fan to be sent to me. Model #1901 / Item #0807420.

We will be installing the other fan that was ordered at the same time tomorrow and hopefully we won’t have any issues with the light cover.

I would appreciate someone sending me an email letting me know that they will send a replacement light globe.

    Hi James,

Please note – this is mentioned in many places on our website – we are not the manufacturer of Harbor Breeze. We are a third party website only, providing support to website visitors for help with their ceiling fans.

It is likely best you reach out to Harbor Breeze customer support again via phone if you are looking for warranty support from them to replace the globe.
