I’m in need of the part that is screwed on the 6″ downrod of the above mentioned fan to hold the glass shade on.My model has the chain that goes through the collar cover. Where can I get the part I need?

So far we haven’t found that part specifically, since it’s very granular in terms of what you need you should probably try calling Home Depot. Let us know how that works out. That page above also has some details to call King of Fans, not sure if they have the part or not.
