Hi, just bought model 42299 and when I turn the light off it doesn’t completely go off, it remains on very dim. I have a wall switch that supplies power to the fan. Any ideas?
Also, the glass globe when twisted in, locked in place so tightly that the globe broke when I was finally able to trust it off, bad design.

Hi, just looking at model 42299. Just want to confirm first this is your fan?
