I purchased a Harbor Breeze Henderson 60-in Matte Black LED Indoor Ceiling Fan with Light Remote (10-Blade)- Model Number: EUK60MBK10LR.
Got it installed an everything, then found the box was missing the wall mount/craddle for the remote. I know it comes with it, because I purchased 2 fans, and one box was missing it. I didn’t think it would be too hard to find a wall mount exact replacement, but it is. I would like the one that should have come with it to match the other ceiling fan we have. I dont want a “universal” wall mount.
Can you help me find it?

Hi Dana. We looked up the Henderson fan manual to see if we could locate the details in there, but no luck. On page 4 it shows the package contents, so we were hoping in that description it tells us more details about the remote holder / wall mount that goes onto the wall. It only lists the items that come with the fan as “remote package” it also shows a diagram of the package here but it does not show what should be the wall holder in that little diagram.

The replacement parts list on page 17 is also missing anything about the remote or the wall holder. Since you said you bought two fans and one came with the part, one was missing, I’d contact the retailer it was purchased from. Even if you found a replacement you’d end up paying for it, why not ask the store where you bought it help out.

Last resort I would call customer support for Harbor Breeze. We will post the contact details here shortly however it is also mentioned in the manual (which we will also post for you).
